Custom Blends TEA

Our wholesale tea return and refund policy covers wrong items, damaged deliveries, or confirmed quality issues, provided the products remain sealed, unused, and reported within 7 days of delivery with photo or video evidence. Because tea is a consumable product, we cannot accept returns for opened items, custom blends, samples, or bulk orders that meet quality standards. Approved claims may be resolved through a refund, store credit, or replacement, with shipping costs refunded only when the issue is our responsibility; otherwise, customers handle return shipping. Cancellations are accepted within 12 hours for standard orders not yet processed, while custom or large-volume orders cannot be canceled once production begins. Our wholesale tea orders are processed within 1–3 business days, with larger or custom-blend orders requiring additional time. We ship through trusted carriers using standard, expedited, or freight options depending on order size, and shipping rates are calculated by weight, volume, and destination. International orders are welcome, but buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes. Once shipped, customers receive a tracking number and delivery estimate by email. If any items arrive damaged or missing, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can assist with replacements or claims. Backordered items will be communicated promptly, and customers may choose to wait, adjust the order, or receive a refund.
